The alarm is intended as an additional personal safety product and should not be considered a guarantee of personal safety or protection from harm.

Mini Mist does not represent that the alarm will prevent, deter or stop an incident from occurring.

Customers should use the alarm in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.

The alarm should not be relied upon as a substitute for contacting emergency services or seeking appropriate assistance where required.

Customers may choose to opt out of receiving the complimentary alarm where this option is made available.

Mini Mist refillable perfume atomisers are intended for their stated purpose of carrying and applying perfume or fragrance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any perfume or fragrance used with the product is suitable for them and is used in accordance with the relevant fragrance manufacturer’s instructions.

Mini Mist is not responsible for reactions, irritation, staining or damage resulting from the use of a particular fragrance, perfume or other liquid where the product has been used outside its intended purpose.

All content on the Mini Mist website, including our branding, logo, photographs, product designs, graphics, text and other original material, belongs to Mini Mist or is used with appropriate permission.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Mini Mist content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

If you choose to tag Mini Mist, mention us, send us photographs or videos, or otherwise provide content featuring Mini Mist products, we may ask for your permission before using that content for marketing purposes.

We will not assume that tagging Mini Mist automatically gives us unrestricted permission to use your content.
